Spoilers - Act 4 Calligos
At the end of the quest chain if you convince Calligos he's being deceived he will fight a bloodletter of khorne and be wounded.

Your options are to kill him, leave him on the planet, or take him back to this ship.
I chose the option to take him back to his ship but nothing seems to happen.
The quest gets marked as complete but I don't actually take him to his ship, was it supposed to fade to black and take me back to my ship's bridge?
As far as I can tell, there should be something, after all we talked to the dude on his ship to bring back Calligos but I can't even interact with the ship.
I say this because when I leave and go back to the planet, Calligos is still where I left him so the whole sequence seems broken to me.
This reminds me of another time where in Act 1 I saved a relative of Calligos and it was never mentioned in game afterwards at all. (I don't even think I got a reward for it)

Has anyone else had a different outcome ?

I did the same thing and chose to take him back to his ship and nothing happned after that. I feel like this happens for several quests.

I can't even get the battle to start. Worten bugs out and can't do anything. not even shooting at them initiates the fight.

Same problem. Is there any updates on this if you have moved forward?

I assumed that taking him back to the ship happened off-screen. Was I wrong? He did show up later, but was badly wounded.

calligos winterscale is heretical companion (using toybox) when he comes to help you with the Inquisitor ships at the end of act 4 , I think. I couldn't recruit him in an iconoclast playthrough if I sided with him then and Yrliet leaves and fights you and the party.
Also I made peace between the eldar and him, exposed Worten, when he went on a killing spree in the village afterwards.

He's one of the three secret companions that can join you at the end of chapter 4. Be patient.

I did recruit Chorda as manly iconoclast(forced her to repent her ways in her mission) and then I couldn't recruit Calligos. Despite making peace with the eldar and exposing Worten as a demon of Khorne. Add to the fact Calligos is heretical votary as a disposition(when I decided to use toybox to see what he is and what he has).
