Spoilers - Act 3 to Act 4 story inconsistency.
At the end of Act 3 you have an opportunity to kill Tervantias.
I did it by destroying the warp prism and then killing him and his guards.
Now in Act 4 on another planet they are talking about him like we never fought.
Did I miss something or is this sequence out of place?

I did the same, but Act IV did not start, so can´t help you . Sorry..

Yup you will find out what you missed later on when you fight him again.
