Slow loading + no inventory & character menu after update

Hello,

After the update, I have the following issue:
Loading a save game created after the update takes 3-5 minutes, while loading a save created before the update takes a few seconds.
Whichever I do, everything seems to work fine first. Then, any loading screen I encounter also takes 3-5 minutes to load for the first time. For example, going from the voidship bridge to the system map takes 5 minutes, then going to the galaxy map again takes 5. Afterwards, any subsequent opening of the same screen is quick, just as before the update.

However, the biggest issue is that I can't see the inventory and character menus (the other menus like Journal works fine). There is no crash or anything, I see my main character's portrait on top, and an empty screen below. This issue appears after every "long" loading screen...So immediately after I load a save from after the update, or after going through the first long loading screen when I load a save from before the update.

I verified the files on Steam, updated the drivers, cleaned the C:\Users\User\AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Warhammer 40000 Rogue Trader\ folder (except Portraits, Screenshots and Saves), and I even re-installed the whole game but it didn't help.

Any ideas?

Edit: I think I found the culprit. Loaded a save from before the issue started and unequipped the "Chartist's Pendant" item. I played ~2 hours and everything works fine.
