Who found all the parts for side quests? I kill mob near Opera, find skin on Crippled Sector, 2 raws(Khimeras), one part —Abess, one part — Stranger. In this guide — 2 more parts (https://www.gameskinny.com/tips/warhammer-40k-rogue-trader-where-to-find-all-monster-materials-for-tervantias/):

Reaver’s Tendons: Found in the Chasm Streets from freshly slain victims of the Drukhari.
Veteran’s Electro Graft: Return to The Pit (i.e. Malice’s base) and interact with the wounded soldier behind the main area. Tear out his augment.

But I can't find it. I can't take part from wounded soldier (search him only).

reaver's tendons is where you first wake up, there will be a fresh body lying, after first arena fight i think.
Both need medical check, if you failed, you can't loot the part
