Can't get to the following two systems:
Emperors Palm.
Frozen Prince.
Been using navigator's insight to make routes between my colonies safer, so now i am at 2 NI while needing 3 to make a route to these systems.
Also - i have quests leading me to systems i cannot see and i've unlocked all i could reach except for these two systems. So i'm stuck now unable to do anythine else rather than aimlessly wandering between colonies and making some random choices for these.
No, actually there is a path. One can see them by looking closely - there are very subtle lines like the normal connections but barely visible. In fact, I visited Last Chance of Cyrene in Act 2 as it is part of main quest - the Dark Eldars challenge you to look for them there for a final fight.
edit: "natural" path to Cyrene from Pelium Solitas

However, you CAN enter this location without having the main quest to go there. There USED to be a bug whereby if you interacted with one of the objects in this system earlier than the MSQ had you do so you'd hard-block your progression, but that's no longer the case.
As to Navigator's Insight, i'm not sure what people expected...it's a number counter that goes up when you do something and down when you use it. In any other game do you immediately go out and spend every last bit of currency you get every time you get it? If not, why are you making all the routes between all the various planets safer and spending down all your currency before knowing you don't need it?
Extractium is the same concept: There aren't enough of them to cover every resource node in Act II, are you just dropping them on the first X planets you come to and never retrieving them? Navigators Insight is a currency, spend it like a currency...that means always making sure you have more than enough on hold for whatever comes up down the line that you need it for.
Or, install the toybox mod and give yourself 100 of them if you just want to spend to your heart's content. Yes there are ways to obtain Insight by wandering the map but this is painful and grindy and not fun. If you overspent because you didn't know what you were doing (God knows the game doesn't make it clear that you won't have enough to do everything) go add some NI through Toybox and remember on your next play-through that it's a limited resource and you shouldn't be spending it the first opportunity you get.
