Rogue Trader inspired me to read Warhammer novels.
Going to start with the Gaunt's Ghosts books: First and Only to begin with.
Thanks devs; great game!

If you enjoy Rogue Trader, I suggest starting with Void King, a book about Rogue Traders

Ciaphus Cain is a must. It's the best 40k has to offer imho.

Eisenhorn is a great place to start if you want to know about the Inquisition, theres another Rogue Trader trilogy that deals with the Tau encroachment on Imperial worlds.

Gaunt's Ghosts, Ciaphas Cain, Dan Abnett's Inquisition trilogies - Eisenhorn/Ravenor/Bequin.. all great series to start with. I'd also recommend William King's Space Wolf novels.

Then once you're fully in, you can jump into the massive Horus Heresy library.. the prequel series that's developing current-year plots before the current-year even reflects them lol.
