Did I missed Ulfar?

I'm on act 3 and after winning the arena fight and finding the "doctor", I did see Ulfar in a cage, I tried to speak with him clicking on the interact icon but he never spoke to me, so I assume it would be later.

But now I'm finished with the second fight and Ulfar isn't there anymore.

Yeah you have to talk to the doctor and ask/bribe him to release Ulfar before the second fight.

Since his dialog didn't activated I never got the option with the doctor.

Actually i managed to get Ulfar AFTER the second arena fight with marazhai already in party.My guess is you need something to bargain with for him. Quest didnt appear to me either.

I got Ulfar by giving him some item after the second fight.

I managed to find him and discovered that if you give all your monster loot to the doctor before speaking with Ulfar, then you can lock yourself from getting him because the doctor won't hear your request to free Ulfar for free.

Darn, I missed him because I gave everything Tot he doctor before ulfar.
