Blame only yourself.
A valid point!
Nonsense. If there is a time limit that will kill of a potential companion then they should inform you. Other games don't do this. If they told me and then I didn't do anything fine, faire enough. But it was "meet this person at the bar"....and now "oh they dead".
Ah well, still got my Eldar to give me inpur thoughts.
I know that, I could have stopped her but why would I?
As I found out. RIP
It was more that she was an officer who could give my main character more AP/MP. But I will live. My team right now is pretty solid.
As for Argenta, she mentions quite frequently that Idira is one wrong twitch from taking a bolter shell to the temple. You can stop this by talking her down, probably helps if you talk with on the bridge and build up relationships points with her.
She is an interesting character with an unique background that will make her a great skill monkey (many int skills are using fellowship for her, and extra skill bonus based on trade relationships), but in combat i would still recommend to create a mercenary officer. She has some rather bad preset choices: her officer levels are fixed till lvl 15 (no ingame respec below that level). You can ofc. use toybox to respec below that level if you want, but without that tool she has meh build.
