Is she seering through the futur or is that some ingame spoilers ?
So, testing some more. I used CtB and Rapid Reload on Argenta, and ended her turn without doing anything else. Then on next global turn I used Finest Hour! on her. CtB states (next attack this turn), but it's buff icon was carried over to Turn 2. On that turn I got +damage on some of my shots in a burst, first hits sometime added +BS bonus/2 (i.e. not stated in description +BS bonus), shots that overpenetrated added two damage instances of BS bonus/2, totaling to +BS bonus, as stated in the skill. On that same turn I used CtB again, followed by RR, and shot a burst at another enemy. 1st shot did +BS bonus/2 damage, second shot did no damage, and then the enemy died, ending up my analysis.
Armor penalty applies on first shot in burst and is active on other shots into target, and next turns. But you better not miss that first shot 😅
Correction: seems to work against attack made by allies, though, contrary to description 😈
Nah that's just bad wording from the game. If a power generate 0 veil points, then with the talent it removes one...
... or so I assume, because that's the end result, but you can't be sure.
On a sidenote : Bounty Hunter is completely broken, nothing works for this class, but it has Savour the Kill that is the most broken skill in the game.
It's a conflict with a DLL, can't remember which one, delete the DLL. I had the same problem, game froze my keyboard to the point I had to restart my computer to fix that. Should fix both. It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid that they included a DLL that litteraly crash people's keyboards and mouses.
And the worst, is that it's the same bug that exist since ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pathfinder kingmaker.

Thanks. I did miss that one. Tried to find solution like 2hours looking around. Even did spin the bridge but didn't see the prompt for the door for some reason. Thanks a lot man!
It seems that quest did`t work as it shoud
The Assassin makes an attack that does not count toward the limit of attacks per turn and does not block the Assassin's Movement, but deals only 25% of base damage.
If successful, the target of that attack suffers from haemorrhage: At the beginning of each of the target's turn they will suffer (lethality / 10) rending damage that ignores armour and deflection.
Lethality: a specific Assassin parameter that is equal to d on or dodge reduction, whichever is higher.
Haemorrhage supposedly does damage not reduced by anything. Well, instead of 12 damage it did 10 on a somewhat armored target. On a 0 armored target it did the damage stated in tooltip.
If i accept her proposition to go into her soul - i'm softlocking myself on loading screen (game is loading into her soul, then immediately tries to load voidship bridge and game dies)
Bug seems to be tied to the poses for certain weapon load outs. Yrliet's bug was observed when Wanderer's Portent is in their active load out spot. For Cassia the bug has been observed with any two handed range weapon.
I have found several eldary crafts with dead refugees on board but still i did not receive any quest entry regarding the companion quest. This is the last thing to do in Chapter 2 and i don't know how to complete it without the toybox mod.
