Sotto's World and Space Hulk?

There is a space hulk in this system but I can seem to scan it or interact with it, however, I assume I am suppose to because the koronos map shows it as "unexplored".

How do you explore it? Moving on the marker does not give me a scan option. Thanks.

i think that is all. moving to the hulk gives you the loot and the radar in the lower corner has no marker for trophy after that. it also resolves the rumor you heard from octaviana
