Act IV - Price of Humanity - Heinrix Quest Bugged

So as the title says i'm in ACT IV which has been a pain to navigate with all the bugs and broken quests. I'm trying to do Heinrix's quest "Price of Humanity" and i keep getting stuck during the dialogue with Emelina and while she's talking about stuff i get to a point where the only option is end dialogue and there is nothing to do after that.

I logged a bug report.
I ask that you fellas do the same.tgat way they can get in fixed sometime next week if we are lucky.

Yeah i got the same problem and i reported it as a bug.

One of the patch notes said they added new reaction dialogue to heinrix and maybe it's breaking whenever the new dialogue is supposed to appear.

I would imagine most of chapter 4 is borked for anyone who triggered the chapter 2 issue, that breaks a lot of 3 and most of 4. Might have to wait for next weeks batch(at best) for older saves.

You can fix it with toybox

Under the options category go to "Search 'n pick" and search "emelinadialog"

Click the option with "cutscene" and click 'run'

I never even got this quest to begin with... Does this mean Heinrix is going to leave eventually? This is what happened with Jae earlier. Never got a quest and she just left. No warning, no nothing. Just, gone, see ya.

Just as a PSA for anyone trying to complete this quest, as of yesterday's patch the dialogue is still bugged.

It worked for me either yesterday or the day before (and also on my first run). During the dialogue the light goes out and you have to fight the mandrakes.
