I was wondering this items is not on the wiki but it says on the description Every time you kill someone you get 1 RESOLVE. BUT it doesn't say it disappear so will it disappear ?

The extra resolve only lasts for the current combat. Would be pretty busted if it was permanent

A bit off topic, but where did you acquire the Face Of The Sovereign at the first place? I want to get it, but the location is never mentioned in the Wiki.

It comes from a chest that is in the captain's quarters on the ship once you complete the prologue. I believe it is not part of the base game, but an extra preorder bonus (or something like that). Same with the Von Valancius cloak.
