NPC movement animation speed

Hi all. I start this game yesterday, all is perfect but i have strange feelings about all npc moving animations. They seems so fast, almost momentally accelerating when run and run at speed like 2x speed than normal. I don't see any setting, which can affect this. Only ability to change speed in combat. Is it normal? It feel strange after previous crpgs
