I've cleaned the top right room out. The rumor is still unfinished though.

Pretty sure it’s hidden. You’ve got to ♥♥♥♥ with a computer than get a turny wheel that’s in a train cart you have to move to open the hidden door

Does not matter. Once you get the data cache the Bridge cogitator has no prompt for you to decrypt it. It is bugged.

He is no longer standing there. I got up to the point where I am communicating with Nomas. The AI/Spirit. And that Mechanicus person is no longer standing near the cogitator. I have that data cache and can't get the prompt to get it decrypted. The first one got decrypted fine because that person was there.

The quest in my quest log is still open.

But thanks for calling me silly. Even though this is a confirmed bug. There is literally a thread about this Classified Information quest being bugged.

If I advanced it too far it would say failed in my quest log of which it does not. I have not finished chapter 2 yet.

All of you are wrong. The rumor cache is controlled by a computer on the north east side of the map, not where the boss is or near the chaos marine. Interact with the computer and it lowers a bridge to a door.

Do you have a screenshot of where this computer is supposed to be? And is this for the Van Dyne family cache?

I cleared out the rumour cache before getting the rumour, I think. There's a not so hidden room on the top right accessible by a lowered bridge. Rumour not resolving for me even though that room got cleared.
