1. Origin outfit - you can remove or replace it by adding/removing Origin feature/talent from character. Go to "Party", your character, "Features", check "Show All". Now find your Origin, for example "Crime Lord" talent and remove it (you can still add Sure-Fire Plan talent seperately if you will lose it, but it should stay). Now find lets say "Comissar" origin talent and add it. It will give you Comissar origin outfit + hat. That way I made my Pyro Psyker to look like Comissar as I only needed pyro for talents, while in my mind (since it never comes later in game) I was Comissar for roleplay reason and needed that epic outfit + hat. If you remove Origin talent and not replace it, you will be naked and some armors will cover you fully without all the origins extra cloths but some (like Flak armors) will not have pants so you will be butt naked from weist down. But that's a matter of choosing right armor.
2. Customizing equipment/gear looks (poor Transmog) - it's very clunky but it works. So lets say you want to have your Comissar hat from Origin visible but you also want to use gunslinger's helmet because it gives you good boosts (or you want to use other helmet for visuals). So what you need to do is add yourself a "effect" from gunslinger's helmet while you can equip some other (or non for Origin head gear) head gear. First go into "search 'n pick" tab and find head gear you want stats from (lets stay with Gunslinger's Helmet for this example), Use "show blueprint details" that's next to item you found and find the item string name for it lower in blueprints lines that ends with _item. It will look like this: "precisionFocus_item". What we want is "precisionFocus_" part. That's the effect of item.
Now go again to "Party", your character, "Features", "Show All" and find "precisionFocus" and you will see talent/position "precisionFocus_feature". That's an active boost/effect from item that is added when you equip Gunslinger Helmet. So now click "Add" so you have that feature while having no Gunslinger Helmet equiped or having other Helmet/Head Gear equiped for fashion (you can find that _feature of that head gear and "Remove" it from your character if you want to stay fair. Your game, your rules).
You can repeat this trick from point no.2 for every visible gear thing, boots, cloaks etc.
Sadly till "Visual Adjustments" mod from Kingmaker/WOTR will be ported to Rogue Trader - this is all we can do for some fashion.
