Star Map Inaccruaccy Questions?
I've begun to explore various systems and thoroughly scan every planet, go on every planet/ship away mission and fight every ship battle. When I go back to my Star map and hover over the systems I've visited I see mention of Artificial Objects Detected: "Hulk" or "Destroyed Ship" that aren't there or "Not Explored" planet when there is no such planet.

Also, it'll list whatever anomaly may be present but not whether or not I've completed the associated mission/collected all the loot or if the game told me to come back at a later date.

I also can't see a way of deciphering whether or not I have an extractor on a resource. It has the same icon on both the Star and System map. The Planet map is the only graphical representation of the extracted good which doesn't help any.

Seeing you only have a very few Navigator points to get around, it's very frustrating to have all these inaccuracies or poor signage as you're left wondering what you've explored, completed and extracted. Monster faux pas for an RPG. Am I missing something or reading this all wrong? Cheers.

Just me?

I found the same issues. the stellar map is...inaccurate, and it's a issue because travelling isn't as fast as other games, with the animations/lore/events between the systems.

The worst, at least for me, is that the resource doesn't change color (or something similar) if harvested. You can open on the left side a menu' and see in which system you have an extractor but it's tedious and damn boring.

I hope they fix this things asap, it's a real shame because i find all the system interesting but just so, so frustrating.

Sometimes it's enough to know you're not alone. I might have to pause my playthrough until some huge patches come out. I'm starting to see the wheels come off this game sadly. Misleading critical info is a deal breaker for me in a big RPG. Too much of a time sink to be led astray. Appreciate your response.

Sometimes it's also because some stuff pop here in LATER acts, and you sometimes see stuff that is not YET there.

but i get you, it's annoying.

"space battle available in this sector" > goes there > nothing.

Thank you.

They also need to find a way to tell you Whether or NOT the ressource they show you is being Exploited or not (could be as simple as turning the mien logo green if being mined)

so you don't have to redo every single sector when you gt new Extractor to fidn where to use them.

The folks that appreciate RPG's usually have a little gamers OCD so not clearly marking maps, gaslighting them with faulty data and generally wasting everyone's time is obviously unacceptable.

Marking a claimed extractor green on the Star map would have taken under 10 seconds from a programming perspective so I felt like I was missing something because it was such an obvious add. Telling you that events, unexplored planets or ships are on a system you just thoroughly explored when they're not is what'll stop me from playing for now. Can't live like that, lol. Anywho, onwards and upwards.
