Bug, game breaking one found

In the solar system called Adermatt 2 , there is a place called 'recolliger's plot' and when the mc and it's crew investigate and meet someone with the name of Reta and engage in a conversations it will lead to a conversations in which there is no exit choice from the said conversations.

as it is considered game breaking bug in my humble opinion because you can't exit the conversations and stuck , and you need to reload a save that is a few steps before engaging conversationis with the said npc.

Anyone else got this bug ?

I haven't gotten that one

I did get a pretty nasty one in chapter 2 though
It happen when you need to speak with the lord of ceremony

I had a colony event so I thought I will do that real fast and come back to finish that ceremony

The travel trigger a cutscene that wasn't suppose to happen yet so nothing happen and It pulled me into the room like nothing happen.

Little did I know that one cutscene breaking broke almost all the cutscene in chapter 4.

So I had to redo chapter 3...

I just cleared that place and talked to Reta without issues.
