Missed Cassia romance?

In the one-on-one conversation after recruiting Cassia I avoided the horny options because they seemed too overbearing and crass but I was nice to her otherwise. Now I see on reddit that if I have a romance with her there should be an option to break it off when I talk to her on the bridge, but I don't. Does the game present another opportunity to trigger it or have I missed the romance for this playthrough?

When you first talk to her in the library, there should be an option that says something like "you've captivated me since I first saw you"

Then again I've encountered a few bugs with her, like lines from previous scenes repeating, and dialog options that shouldn't be there anymore after I completed a step in the romance. So maybe you're just unfortunate enough to get a bad bug that blocks out that option.

There's always the Aeldari though.
