And apperantly "Everyone witihin touching range" means the whole room.
really lame since it has you slowly trek through most of it with no autosave. I just clicked back to the begining because it was a dead end so i thought i must have opened up a door earlier, or i could just leave, but instead i got a fight back at the generators.
I had a harder time with aurora due to my bad skill choices and respecced afterwards and had much easier time
Forgefiend has pretty low accuracy, so you have plenty of approaches with it too.
No need to rebalance,
Well, in the second try I killed the cattle.
Team: My Char as sniper, Argenta (The useless Bolter Queen) Heinrix as Tank, Arbelad and Pasqal. I simply distributed all the characters around the room. Cassia, with her warp skills, killed the thing alone while the others simply soaked up the damage.
This is around the time I figured out that the buffs your psyker and navigator put out are baller :p. My boy abe took two of those servitors on while everyone else went ham on the other two servitors / shooters.
(I did kill most of the wall buffer things, but I had no way to kill them all with one of them being ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE ROOM.) any of my damages would have died trying to get to it lol.
Focus fire won that fight. And buffs, and Abe being a boss (with some med pack help)
I needed a complete makeover, since I was stupid and brought Jae along instead of Cassia, since I wanted to see what she can do - very little without gear. Her 2-6 damage pea shooter doesn't cut it, although the sword is nice. Also, a slightly different placement helped.
The fight with the heralds of corruption a few rooms earlier was a cakewalk compared to the robo beast. Due to the darn servitor in the way it took too long to get Argenta into position to perforate him. With Cassia and knowing what would happen I managed to win. Barely, but a win is a win. Pity the RT cannot be a navigator himself.
Easy peasy, didn't have any trouble with it.
Only issue was the stupid HP boosting speakers, which are a bit of a pain to target. Tbh, in the big fight, they got their turns so fast it was quicker to burn through the fake HP and kill things than bother destroying the speakers.
I think if you're struggling there, it's a good implication that your builds are crap.
In the beta at least, the robo-beastie got an extra retaliation attack every time he's hit after the first attack on a turn.
So swing at him ONCE, with something powerful, then leave him the hell alone and just hope your tank can hold him off while the rest of your team focuses elsewhere, repeat until he's wounded enough to bring down in one massive burst.
I haven't made it to him in the launch version yet, rerolling coupled with finding the rooms before him with the HP boosting speakers a nightmare not worth wading through.
