Report a translation problem
The earliest example is Eurac V and Ryakdi Philia, where the outcome change a little depending which you do first.
If you do Eurac V first you get a dialogue where you can choose to salvage some ressources from the station before it blows up
If you do Ryakdi Philia first you meet Evayne Winterscale before he gets caught and mutilated
Owlcat seems to like stuff like this, so I exspect there to be many more of those.
I think they at least learned a bit from their previous games where people hated and complained about quests straight up failing if you don't complete them fast enough.
Kingmaker was full of this and it was quite stressfull to juggle all the quests and the kingdom management so that you can complete everything fast enough and in the right order so that no quests fail.
