how to escape from crematorium

There's a section of the floor that should be marked in red (you might need to hold tab to highlight it same as other interactable items), hit it with a melee attack and it'll break, opening a way for you to escape.

First, as soon as the fire starts hit space to stop time. Then look for the attackable plate (you basically stand on, it gets a red marking when hovering over it and tab pressed) and have all your crew attack it.

You need to click one of the character , then press tab , then use your range weapon to fire on the floor. after the floor is destroyed , select all of your team members by double clicking the mc picture twice, or drag rectangle to select all your team mates then run toward the new hole that is created I think there is a move to next area icon on the newly made hole.
