or some .. just an example .. - as i did run out of points as well .. though most routs was at unsafe .. and that made sense, its the warp after all --but yeah .. time skip .. not just for points , but also for other events to un fold ..
You see a shadow of an asteroid in the warp, you can either steer closer to investigate (lore: warp check I think it was) or carry on your way. If you investigate and pass the check (which is reasonably difficult, I think it was 75% success chance with my 80 skill) you get 6 navigator insight points.
Some star systems or small clusters of star systems have no warp route linking them to others so you have to buy a route to them.
Clear case of players just doing things without thought and then blaming the devs. Whats next? Complaing that if you make bad decisions during fights your team gets hurt?
edit: also i've not made any paths between systems that don't already have them as of yet.
Imagine it being money in another RPG and you bought everything on your way and now dont have enough to progress with a quest. Would you say it a design flaw that you dont get enough money to do whatever, too?
