Companion Corruption
So, I've decided to go heavy on heresy on my first - serious
- playthrough and upon finishing Janus, I've got some need for consultation with someone who also got lured by heresy and is in deeper part of the game.

Do you corrupt your companions as well? I have to ask since the only thing I've even got remotely close to corruption is when I've convinced the eldar companion to kill other eldars by pointing out the warlock's weaknesses.

It's just that I'm slowly approaching the higher heretical standing and I'm wondering if they will just up and leave or I'll make them bow to my will and join Chaos as well.

I don't think it's that big of a spoiler. In fact, it's something players probably should know in advance before embarking on the heretical path. There is no "corrupting" of heavily Dogmatic/anti-Chaos companions. Argenta, Heinrix, Ulfgar, Yrliet leave if you go full heretical. So make up your team accordingly. The heretical bonus companion you get for act 5 is kind of a cross between Argenta and Ulfgar (but I suggest using full respec from Toybox mod to fit him to your playstyle).

The good news is that you keep Cassia with her OP Navigator and Officer powers, Jae who is also an Officer, Pasqal who can take care of all your skills and is solid with a plasma gun, Abelard who is a great melee/tank. Also Idira if you can handle her perils of the void, and Marazhan who can be built into a heavy weapon/sniper with Drukhari prof.

Basically what you need is one or two solid Damage Dealers that your Officer/Grand Strategists can buff and give turns to. So considering you lose two of the best companion DDs (Argenta and Yrliet), but you keep the officers and the skillmonkeys, the best choice for a heresy run is to build your MC into your main DD. That way you will never be crippled when companions betray/leave you.

I have seen some proof of corrupting at least one companion in the epilogue, but I can't say that I noticed much of that during gameplay or dialogue, then again, I didn't romance anyone during my first play through, so that might be why.

Spoilers.

But it's my understanding that you don't. You loose companions, and unlock new/secret ones.
I've no clue, but there seems to be a lot of hints from Companions that they may be able to be, or are dangerously close to heresy as it is.

[Spoilers]

Pasqal appears to have a dangerous allure of tech heresy and Idera is an obvious pick up for a Heretical run through with how corruptable she is by the Warp.

its a spoiler but you asked for it. You lose 4 companions and MAY get 1 companion if you do most if not all heretic choices. Those 4 companions will leave around the end of act 4 and you will have to do some missions with companions you might not like all that much. The one that you can get later on is just for act 5.

I've noticed from having Toybox's dialogue consequence option on that Yrliet has a PathofDamnation counter. I'm wondering if it's possible to corrupt her into being a Drukhari.

I don't think they've done anything with it. At least no evidence of such an option so far (and people have been poring all over her dialogue files).

Kind of expected that but it's still annoying. From those I will really only suffer the loss of Yrileth but still, I've backstabbed her during a quest on the jungle planet and I've let Daemonette take Malzahar. My MC is a DD, he's a Pyromancer Psyker with absolutely insane WP to boost psychics. Well, I will probably hove to scrap that playthrough either way since I get stuck on the jungle planet with Winterscale, where after battle with Eldar and defeating Yrileth they just stand over her and nothing happens.
