NPC HP is double compare to your characters
they got multiple mobs with 120 hp compare to my party which the highest is just 50 to 60

what are the way to increase HP beside dumping point to toughness?

It Will Not Die talent during leveling nets you extra HP equal to half your level, rounded up.

But you're probably not gonna successfully compete on raw HP against a lot of things. Better to play smart and not get hit in the first place with cover/dodge/parry (and/or take advantage of how your tanks can get such colossal armor/deflection ratings and temporary HP from abilities that barely any damage gets through while you're chunking enemies for much more than they hit you for, when they even hit)

Higher tier enemies pretty much always will have more HP than you. This is counterbalanced by you having a human brain as opposed to fairly stupid AI, which means you can synergise your party a lot better, as well as piles of low-HP mooks that exist as Momentum fodder for bursts of power from Heroic Moments to clear the board. Tanking is based on Dodging or mitigating enemy damage via armor, deflection or absorption.

This is fairly typical TTRPG/CRPG balance. Player characters are almost always glass cannons compared to most enemies. Pathfinder (system the developers' previous games are based on) at higher levels is rocket tag - the key to survival is just blasting enemies off the field ASAP. This game seems to be similarly balanced.

Wouldn't sweat it too much, come late game you'll be able to kill off enemies with thousands of HP in a round or two without much hassle. Some skill combos be wonderfully OP. Generally so long as you got enough HP to last 2-5 rounds you'll do just fine.

What Difficulty are you playing on? The game has a slider for HP....

No my friend. The NPCs have 10 x more HP than your guys. Especially the bosses and elite NPCS.

It is insane how a dark eldar has 10 times more HP than a Space Marine.

the way to have higher HP than the enemy is not to increase yours, but to decrease theirs. Violently. Like in most games, HP bloat is a replacement for an AI that would equal the player (and probably make it less fun for most players, if we're honest...)
