Chapter 2 Order

I was wondering if anyone was familiar enough yet with chapter 2 in order to answer the following.

Should I rush, or can I freely explore the extra systems I come across? I'd much rather explore at my pace. I know that the three locations you are supposed to visit for the main quest in chapter 2 are all explained in a way that makes you feel you have to rush, but I assumed had more to do with the order you do the 3 locations having some effect on how far gone each place is (like chapter 1 ( I noticed on the prison planet that the VIP status's changes depending on when you arrive. First - He arrived right before you and is fine; Second - He is alive but tortured and blinded; If the prison planet is last one you visit - I think he is already dead but have not confirmed. This all brings me to my next question.

If the order you visit the three main chapter 2 planets for "Reclaim What Was Lost" matters, any advice on what order I should choose or what changes. If possible, a minimal spoilery answer of recommended order followed by blacked out text if some spoiler stuff is relevant enough.

ok sec chapter the order doesn't matter, but what does matter is and the end of the chapter there is the assenction cermoney. you can get different gfits and reward from people in your colony and either winterfell or chorda. how much reward you get from you own people depends on your actions with each of the colony/major house/ and one colony choice on the optional colony.
also it seems your action on janus will determind the outcome of footfall, and deponds which way you go you can either get a item from winterscale or chorda.
