I'm actually curious myself since I figured it would be the Dark Eldar but they openly talked about him and how to get him even before the game went live.

From what I remember

Might need iconoclast 4 or higher, or just high persuasian, cant remember which one particularly.
When you're on Footfall during chapter 4 make sure to take all the options that are about her not following mercy/redemption.
You'll get a quest to deal with Tocara at the bar, when you do you need to maker a deal with him to ambush Incendia.
When she arrives you'll get a bunch of dialogues, make sure to choose the options that point out her saint believed in redemption and what she's doing ain't it. She'll agree and leave, then the Drusus priest gets mad, so you can finally shoot him (yay).
At the final fight near the portal she'll have her ships back you up, which I guess means you fight less ships in that battle. Anyway, once it's over she'll board your ship to talk at you, then ask,as part of her redemption, if she can work for you. Obviously say yes.

Possibly more to it, but those are the only standout things from chapter 4 I remember. Will probably need to save Footfall with food after getting Janus though, as Tocara mentions he only managed to escape thanks to you making sure his team didn't have another RT crack down on them.

The good Magnus shard (love for his chapter) dissolved itself to avoid being absorbed into evil magnus.

Which to me doesn’t really make sense. Letting yourself be absorbed would make evil magnus slightly less evil, and it isn’t like the good shard cared about the emperor at that point. It just cared about ending the rubric curse which it might have been able to do as part of full Magnus.
