From there, go right (the door straight ahead is locked anyway) and continue on until you find the computer to open all doors on the level.
Then from there, return to the fight room, go through the newly unlocked door in the north, and then cut a right through the laboratory. You can repair the control rod in that room, just click on the device against the wall and it'll fix it, badda-bing, badda boom.
The puzzle in the room is just for some extra loot (consumables that debuff you but make you immune to poison/warp damage respectively, niche but useful). You can see how to make them here. https://www.pcgamer.com/warhammer-40k-rogue-trader-lab-puzzle-eurac-v/
Just select them all. Most of them open something. Can't pick anything wrong there.
look to the LEFT of the lift, you'll see debris that you can use Athletics to "Jump over" to get inside to the explorable area.
Mutated flesh sample + biogel + crystal dust (grind the psi crystal down in the transcender or whatever that thing near the re-assemble the control rod thing is called) + data crypt H-41-OK is one recipe
Flesh sample + unidentified acid + adamantium dust (grind down adamantium ore) + data crypt K-04-OH is the second recipe
The leftover ingredients just lead to an explosion if you put them in
