World Shapers Quest Bug

I had suppressed the Rebels, and the governor already died. The cults in the hidden room also been eliminated. But the quest does not move on and there is no dialogue from Yrliet after the hidden room fight as I check from the walkthrough. Before I go to the jungle I talk to the Atilius Quint, the Security Officer, Vinzelex, Yrliet, and the housekeeper. So I shouldn't miss anything.

I am using the toybox to complete the quest for now, hope this will get fix soon

I seem to have an issue where I've spoken to everyone I should, and recruited Yrliet on our first conversation, but I'm not getting a second conversation with her, or any option to leave the governer's palace grounds, except by doing the mission resolution event on the map. That means I'm missing a lot of important information and don't have as many options as I should to get a good result.
Anyone else had this?

Did the newest patch resolve this for anyone? I tried reloading the save and even going back to the ship and nothing has changed. I haven’t tried redoing the fight yet but it is so obnoxious of a fight to need to keep refighting

I started a new game two days ago, everything works fine. I think it's the save file problem

No change with the new patch, my guess (pure guess) is that this bug might now be preventable but not fixable which is why it hasn't been addressed in any of the like 5 updates. That or its just a super rare glitch and low on their to-do list.
