Touch Of Anger Is Beyond Useless
I am copying it word-for-word:
"Those who fail (their save against it) immediately get an extra turn where they attack their allies".
But of course, every time I use it, they use their free turn to attack my characters.

So, in effect, I'm wasting a turn to give multiple enemies a free turn to attack whichever of my characters is closest.

Because this was my fourth time using it, and 3 enemies just shanked Idira when they got their free turns, meaning they failed their saves and decided "Nah. Imma attack my enemies (the player) instead of my allies. Screw what the skill description says."

I should add that I've actually had people fail it (They get the 'Touch of Anger' effect) and then they stand around and do nothing.

So I'm guessing this is one of those skills that only works against me, and the AI cheat it to ensure they never actually attack each other?

I just cast it on 2 mobs; One ran next to the other, then both ended their turns without attacking.

So the AI totally cheats and ignores the whole 'attacking each other' aspect of the skill whenever it wants. :LaughingOwlcat:

It often works for me. Those times I've gotten attacked after I cast it, I believe the enemies were firing bursts at each other, and my guys were in the target zone.

can confirm, the spell doesnt work as intended. mobs either do nothing, or attack YOU
Make sure you report this as a bug when it happens, because that's definitely not how the power ought to function.

You can actually use it to your advantage. First cassia gets a perk that increases her power for every extra turn, including enemy turns oddly enough. Second you can park a melee character with a counter attack ability next to the enemy and do the taunt action on them. Then when you trigger them they will either attack their allies, or get counter attacked and do next to no damage. So you buff cassia and get a bunch of extra attacks which can be nice.

Weirdly it's worked just fine for me. I've had enemies move out of position to get within range of hitting their closest ally.
AI doesn't work properly on extra turns from any source

Were they both wielding ranged weapons?

problems is it's bugged sometimes and the log doesn't show what's happening so hard to tell if they just passed their saves or did the skill just buged out. Cos sometimes it definitely breaks...

Can confirm the ability seems buggy/random at best. It was a cool concept though, I love games that let you frenzy enemies.

Even if they attack nothing, it's good for stacking insane WP on Cassia because enemies taking an extra turn triggers her passive +5 willpower same as allies. If they attack you though, its too dangerous. Personally I've never used it because with No Respite being broken I've never needed that much extra willpower for her to fry things.

For me they generally attacked each other with actual attacks, but used buffs and debuffs as normal. Sometimes skipping the attack part to just spend a turn taking a medikit and throwing out some sort of status.
