Heinrix companion quest bugged in Kiava Gamma?

I've interacted with and/or killed everything in Kiava Gamma.

If I try to return to my voidship Heinrix stops me and says he has not seen everything.

???

I have same bug, Tried reloading, doint this in a different order, doesnt work. Please report it so that we can get it fixed

Have you gone into the small room in the middle of the map? It's a bit hidden, but on that platform where you can spin it to head towards the boss, if you just go straight there, you'll find a door you can go in, which is where Heinrix needs to go.

Fallanar yeah the hidden cogitator we get to by using the valve? Where we get a new dataslate? The quest just doesnt update... still says we have to find it

No, not that one. You know the spinning platform you first see the Fabricator-whatever on? That one. The one you have to interact with in order to reach him.

I've already done the room in the middle of the map... steamrolled everything in it, destroyed the heretical cogitator in the dialog afterward

There is a Tech Priest guy you need to talk to, He is above the Ladder you moved, Then you need to find the right cogitator and access the lower area from the rotating bridge.

The Tech Priest has managed to avoid the corruption by disconnecting a part of himself, you don't fight him.

There was also an interaction with a mostly dead Tech Priest who was stripped of his mechanics and about to have his flesh thrown in a grinder, not sure if this is nessicary by Hendrix seemed to learn something in that conversation too.

Not sure what your missing then, I know when i chose to destroy the machine in the lower section it failed his quest but i still had to fight the demon.

But was able to leave afterwards, and trigger the sceen on leaveing.

I chose Iconoclast option to destroy the heretical cogitator. If that ends Heinrix quest that is fine, but the game is still bugged in that case, because Heinrix acting like his quest is still active but incomplete...

Sounds like a bug, as the journal immediatly updated with Quest Failed when i broke the device before he could get information from it.
