[Bug] Anyone else having stuff vanish from their inventory?

Asking here because I don't want to send in a bug report if it's just me misunderstanding a mechanic or hidden inventory.

Today, I've had a stack of 4 chainswords I was moving into my vault (not cargo) vanish and now, after having played a mission and dismissing a companion, I'm out a stack of 11 medkits. I've checked my inventory, the vault and my cargo tab - they're nowhere to be found. Am I missing something?

Not had anything dissapearing but a couple of times ive accidentally sent stuff to my ships cargo when dragging as just clicking on it sends it straight there when the cargo window is open rather than into the pickup/drop trade inventory windows.

Yes I have had this happen but I'm still early on and don't really understand the game all that well yet. I was trying to move medkits from one char to another, sent two medkits to the cargo, then checked cargo later and there were no medkits. Just totally disappeared. It sucked too because those were the only medkits I had and I wanted to cure an injury! Oh well.

Yes I've just had this happen so came to google it..

I split fuel on a 112% Cargo slot, then moved 1 to the Vault, it never appeared in the vault.. I wasn't sure if it just moved to another row or not.. so....

I then split some flamers, after counting how many i had total in cargo and in inventory. I moved them to the vault and they appeared in the vault.

I then found an item I only had 1 slot of which was some sort of PlasiCrystals or something. I dragged them over to the vault and they didn't appear. I then scoured my inventory and every row of cargo but they were just fully gone.

So I had to reload my last save to get them back, and I'm not not going to touch the vault at all.
