Calculated relations not works

I read the description of the calculated relations talent (Forge world): use Intelligence instead of Fellowship. I create a character with an origin - the bonuses are not visible in the creation window. When I launch the game, the talent is not displayed at all in the list of hero talents. Am I missing something or is this a bug?
ps. Judging by the description, he looks like a wild imba. You can use one stat to calculate 6 skills

It's not active until you select it as a talent during a level up. Have you leveled up enough to select it as a talent? (Level 4 is the earliest iirc).

You don't get those talents for free, you have to take them via level up in the archetype.
