There's a few changes;
Visiting the station 1st means you can loot it. You can't if you leave it too late.
Visiting the prison last makes the guy more wounded than ever. You also get several call backs because you'll know what happened on the main planet.
Visiting the main planet first will have less chaos going on. The soldier who meets you will be a loyalist (he's a traitor if you go last), you'll be able to break into the storage for supplies (if you go last, it's already open and looted), and various other flavour changes. None of the side quests change though.
It's worth checking them out in varying order, but tbh visiting the station->prison->planet works well enough.
This. Since the Beta (which I myself tested out very thoroughly along with others back then looking at etudes etc.), you get the most PF, people alive and satisfactory outcome from:
1. Euroc V - Loot space station for PF. You do not get this option in any other order because the station falls a part too fast.
2. Prison Asteroid - Etudes for the final completion dialogue mention "Optimum Result" or something like that for both completion dialogues. Regardless of doing this mission first or second. The only real difference doing this second is that the hostage is tortured a bit losing an eye or something. You still get the same PF reward as doing this mission first. Just make sure in dialogue options to send him to your ship, not back to Minoris.
3. Minoris - The only thing that really changes here, at least in Beta, was the situation on the Planet deteriorated significantly, but the rewards and important NPCs are all the same except one. If you go here early your escort to the Governor's Bunker is actually a male Guard loyalist I think. Not a female heretical impersonator and you don't get betrayed. Basically this planet just scales in difficulty a bit. The PF reward from the Governor is the same.
Edit: RobOda beat me to it!! Oh well I did it to someone two days ago it's only fair I guess... :D
Prison asteroid as mentioned you can do it first or second and the only difference is the guy gets roughed up while if you go there last he will already be dead.
Final planet I noticed a change with the Sergeant in charge of the landing pad. In the beta at least If you did the planet first or second and you interacted with him well (e.g. recommending him for a commendation to the governor or telling him you would send reinforcements from your own ship to secure the Starport) he would take charge of crowd control and you essentially get a free extra evacuation shuttle for the shuttle priority choices. If you do it last hes devolved into rage and will murder the governor when you arrive and you then have to use persuasion or Dogmatic to persuade him to stand down but he dies in an explosion when the Space Marine shows up anyway.
Oh for Minoris does that now mean we can save everyone? As in 3 Shuttles to get everyone off? If so that changes the order for a lot of people. :p
