She's alive and well in my playthrough!

I just didn't accuse her of anything... looked the other way.

In my game she just gets stabbed by the her maid and dies.

Thanks, I'll do this after saving just to see how bad the choice is. I may just kill her, iconoclast choices match my ethics most of the time in this game.

I went alone, but there wasn't any heretical option. Do you need to kill the eldar for it to appear?

i will spare her in my next playthrough too but If you know slaneesh, killing her a is a mercy

You need to know that she worships slaanesh and tell her that you know
Then you say that you are okay with it and you can just leave

I just did it in Dogmatic and shes full loony tunes chaos worshipper, while in my beta Iconoclast play through she was being mind controlled by her maid and didnt realise she was actually serving chaos.
