I bought it because it is a traditional CRPG, AND it s 40K.
My only complaint is no RTwP combat.

I will never purchase a video game solely for the 40K experience.

It's all about the mechanics of it.

Role-playing, strategy, and action/adventure are my favorite genres.

I despise science fiction fantasy but that wouldn't stop me from playing a video game.

If this game were a platform, puzzle, MMO, racing, battle royale, survival, fighting or shooter, then I'd skip it.

CRPG. I'm actually not all that into 40k as a setting, it's a little too, well, grimdark and edgelord, but I liked Kingmaker and loved Wrath of the Righteous, so I had to go for it.

Yeah but this one isn't Pathfinder 1E, which is my problem with their last two games. It's working out for me so far with the new rule set.

Also, why are you "scammed" because you bought a game that you can't play? Sounds like user error.

Both. i like 40k and warhammer in general. and i like owlcat's games. And CRPG's in general.
there was very little reason for me not to buy it.

Because my computer is well above recommend specs using completely regular hardware, and I've already spent most of the weekend trying out suggested fixes (not that Owlcat is providing any) and nothing works?

Both, i like cRPGs and i like 40k, but i also know what to expect with owlcat games, a lot of fair weather BG3 fans are gonna be in for a rough ride.

I dont like Warhammer or Cyberpunk genre. Warhammer is from the 80s and it still looks so. The Lore is sometimes totally stupid or funny.

But I like Owlcat RPGs and I love this game. Its a gem and from the conversations even better than BG3.

Its a solid game, but I hope the next one is Pathfinder again. :-)
