You're a space wizard, of course you have robes.
Pascal have robes because he is a priest.
Psyker have robes because mages have robes.
Most of Admin have formal robes because they are also priests. Unnofficially.
The Eclesiarchy have robes because they are priests.
And the nobility and the rich can have formal robes because most of the high people in the IOM state aparatus have robes. And it become acceptable to have robes even for men. But not everytime. As you see a lot of different men clothes than dresses outside of sanction psyker/priests.
And Henrix is probably accustomed to wear whatever it is needed for the job and afforded the luxury of wearing normal clothes in private. Because Inquisition.
You also don't see Idira wearing robes.
Hopefully the character appearance editor mod from WoTR comes back for Rogue Trader - otherwise, I think it might be possible to edit using Toybox by messing around with the traits?
All companions have unique outfits so they don't look the same as the player.
