Janus complaint, spoilers

I am pretty sure I made this complaint during beta but nothing changed so I am making it again.
When visiting Janus you get attacked by rebels, during the conversation with governor afterwards you can cite incompetence and remove her from office
When you search the courtyard after that and discover several clues of the governors misdeeds, you can't do anything about it.
And then you have to go and meet the eldari and have it spelled to you she is a heretic like if you were a blind moron
You don't even get to bring up the "you are fired for your incompetence" convo again
It's a lack of details like this that make this a full class below BG3

I explored everything. Then went to palace and chose to remove her from power. Then after leaving her room I got bashed by Henrix for letting her live as she was a heretic... but I had no choice to execute her.

Also its like some romance dialogue without me trying to romance him. And also it happens even if I go to her room alone without my entourage.
