Audio Issues
Is anybody else getting a load of audio issues the longer they play the game?

I've seen some people mention things cutting out, like voice lines, but that's not what i'm talking about.

The issues i'm encountering is sound effects continuing to fire long after the event that triggered them. For example i have gunfire continuing to go off on the bridge of my ship looong after the prologue is over. I also have encountered the environmental sound effect of the Warp Degradation (or whatever it's called when Psykers turn the environment weird) continuing to play on completely different maps and worlds.

I think that sound going of on the Bridge is actually intended? Like I swear the first time I noticed it NPCs were talking about it everytime it happened, they don't do it now anymore and it's still there so I am not sure what's up with that anymore.

Well all of these sounds are triggering when intended the first time... it's just they don't stop.

I think I found what it is - it happens after the servitor event. There's a malfunctioning servitor on the bridge and after some experimenting I wasn't getting the noise after choosing the dogmatic option (so far).

Ah, then that does need to be fixed.

That one is annoying but the warp related one is worse since it drowns out any voice acting.
