Thumbs up Icon on Skills
Can someone explain why my two highest skills have a thumbs up next to them when I can level them up?

In previous Owlcat games, the thumbs up icon indicates a good/solid choice for the character in question. Kind of a default 'if you have no idea what to pick, look at these' sort of deal.

They are recommended picks for players who don't want to spend their time finding the best build. The chance of getting a bad build is low if you pick these, but you also won't get a focused build doing so.
