name not in shrine of remembrance

Hello, i purchased the collectors edition of the game around the time the game was announced, i played a tiny bit of the alpha and decided to save the game for when it comes out and honestly i am really really loving it, however i finally managed to stumble my way to the shrine of remembrance and i could not find my name it there. i remember awhile back on the discord there was a message to go and fill out what we would like out names to be in the game and i vividly remember doing it. on the discord a bot gave me a email to reply to which i did but have not heard back from yet, i know the game has just launched and everyone is probably busy but i thought i would start a steam discussion too because i am not sure how else im able to contact the devs or anyone to help me with my issue.

I reported this as well as mine should be there... they said its a known issue and an early patch will fix this... so we gotta wait and alot of people don't know either.

Mine was there.
But did you make sure to actually write the name and active it on the site prior to launch?

Yea i remember going to their website prior to launch, i remember there was a deadline but i submitted mine beforehand to make sure i get to see my name pop up

According to the CM there's a bug going around that will be fixed in the next patch. I'll try to find their words and edit this post with it momentarily.
