Cloaks

Honestly i always dislike in games when my entire party runs around with those stiff cloaks. Is there a way to turn them off like the head gear or backpacks? Is there gear that is overwriting the cloaks? I really like the Astra Commander background and it is the only one that makes really sense to play a soldier, but it has this annoying cloak and super bulky outfit.

Yeah I really want to be able to hide cloaks. I often want the stats of the cloak but some of them just look ridiculous on my characters.

Same, they look goofy AF. My character is already wearing a huge, badass coat, no need for that cape.
