It should be decreasing veil degradation by 2 points. Might just be a typo.

It's a typo. Later in the talent it says "decreases".
Don't worry, the temporary wounds part of unyielding beacon doesn't work either and that's the main passive of the vanguard archetype so you get extra ♥♥♥♥♥♥ when you reach 16.

Wildife is supposed to grant 1 attack but you can do as many as you have ap, only first one is free though.
Flamer expertise is supposed to reduce to min 1, but reduces ap cost to 0 on line shot
On very rare occassions controlled burst still hits allies.
Fortress world first per combat 0 ap relaod just straight up doesnt work.
Fire at will makes the first attack of allies in your backline, so long as there is less then 1 enemy in the backline, cost 1 less AP.
Death whisper is a 0 cost AP action that assassins can use to attack at 25% damage of the normal hit and does not count toward their total actions that turn.
Using Death whisper will also consume fire at will despite the fact it already costs zero ap to use.
