Fussion Reactor Quest is too hard.
Somehow I started the fusion reactor quest where a certain villain is trying to blow it up.

and I only got 2 turns to try to stop it...

When I think I got the hang of it, bam... a random cultist turn into a warp spawn which spells out absorbing a lot of attacks and stalls time.

Also the electro priests on our side fighting the electro priest on their side.. which each of their electrical attack just heals each other wounds.. again spells out stalling for time and in which I don't have.

Just when I start to think I can win, I figure out the strategy is to clear out those circular thing from enemy and we got some extra turns.

But yeah as I mention the above the random cultist got turned into a warp spawn really throw the wrench in the machine, added the electro priest just punching each other out and doesn't kill either of them just stalls times.

Anyone got a solution on this quest ?

ok .. to extend the timer .. kill the none imp guard units ... they add plus 1 turn each and there is 4-6 of them ... if you use abelard .. the tech priest and heindrik you should be able to march thru them with charge then attack 1 after another with the momentum skill active

I just finished doing that. It isn't that bad. It's a skill check for whether you understand how to get the most out of your team.

Burst fire, nades and psyk aoe on the regular grunts. Get close to the Electro-priests as they're the main target. Each Electro-priest killed adds another turn to the timer.

An officer to give other characters another burst fire really helps clear out the grunts.

you just need to rush the Electric cleric (6 in total)

Each of those kill extend the timer by 1 turn,

split your team focus as much as possible the Electro dude and win is relatively easy.

i did it in Hard mode (not unfair)
Yeah finally I got through, and I found out on my own it was the electro priest on the enemy side that we need to kill in a hurry.

Also there is that special ability that the navigator have, give it to the one with melee and just clear things out with melee,

another the adepta sororitas special ability to shoot with her bolter, though on this early part of the game, her shooting is rather not good.

lob grenades as if there is no tomorrow,

Use the navigator to clear out the lower levels, and the inquisitor auto pistol rapid fire to kill the non warp spawn and non electro priest.

I was shocked to see we got only 2 turns as I see in the youtube videos of the tutorial during alpha they get at least 5 turns at the beginning.

I was using the normal difficulties then I tone it down to custom just to pass that quest.

I did it on daring without seeing there was a timer until most of the priest were dead and I had like 4 or 5 turns left.

The only thing I did was to seperate the party into 2 groups of 3 and hit the left and right areas at the same time.

Hit from two sides and target the priests, when you kill one the timer resets
