Report a translation problem
The green number by the side is just the value by which the original stat was raised, for example by an item. So if your Agility score is normally 40 but you have an item that raises it by 5, the score will say 45, with a green +5 by the side. But your Agility bonus is still 4.
The game doesn't explain all this very well, so it is confusing to newcomers. I myself only knew this because the way the characteristic bonus is derived is one of the few rules borrowed from the original tabletop RPG.
