Eternal Glory Question

Eternal glory seems way too good for what it gives, so whats the trick here? Does it only apply if momentum reaches 200 on the Psyker's turn, or will it trigger if the Psyker starts their turn and momentum is already at 200?

It is the latter. Extremely effective for a build focusing on resolve.
