It looks a lot like Fantasy Flights old PnP 40k RPG system from when they had the license.

It uses a similar computer engine to the Pathfinder games, but it uses the rules of the tabletop warhammer 40k RPG from 2008, - although HEAVILY modified - and it's a different setting, mood, and story.

Also, it's hella epic.

This isn't DnD. It's original Fallout 1 & 2 with a more Xcom combat system. Just because Baldur's Gate just came out doesn't mean everything is DnD now

Yeah it's a lot closer to D&D than the 40k RPGs. I don't know why they kept a lot of the same terms, it causes confusion if you have ever played any 40k RPGs
