Custom Portrait Issues

Hey gang - I'm wracking my brain here because for some reason, I cannot get custom portraits to work at all and I'm completely confused why it's failing.

So I pulled a nexus mod pack that had some portraits - noticed the sizes were different ok whatever, dropped em into the portraits folder per usual. Can't change - get a message about how the images need to be adjusted.

So I look up the normal Pathfinder/Owlcat image sizes and adjust every image to that - still doesn't work. I have no idea where I'm going amiss here.

When you "add" custom images in chargen, it shows the following sizes/names:
Fulllength.png - 1080w x 1480h
Medium.png - 448w x 600h
Small.png - 260w x 336h

The image pack from Nexus mods had these sizes as well but it just will not let me make use of them. it even shows them in the custom section during chargen but they just won't change.

Has anyone had any luck getting custom images working?

You know what, it does work - but in typical Owlcat fashion, it's buggy - you have to click through a few sections before it seems to register the custom image lol. False alarm but wanted to share that - saw someone else mention that in a thread.
