Does it count one half the TGH bonus? It clearly shows -5 on the tool tip.
No, Bladedancer doesn't feature that talent.
They are all about using and regaining Wounds with and from abilities.
Although you can make a build without any of those specific talents and be just fine.
This. Vanguard is able to stack their Temporary HP which means for Abelard (or any Vanguard), you can make them huge damage dealers by stacking low to mid 3 digit Temporary Wounds and take talents and items that scale damage off of that.
For non-Vanguards the second best secondary archetype for high Temp Wounds without Temp Wound stacking, is the new Executioner archetype with the Reckless Abandon ability. It gives you like +60-80ish Temp Wounds in mid-late game which is very high.
Of course Warrior Endure is the best for a starter Archetype.
Then you have dedicated Biomancer talented syker healer that overheas with Confer Immunity, and crits with heals etc. with other Bio talents. You can spam this party wide to your hearts content and with say a Officer/GS Sanctic/Bio support build, you can easily give the entire party like 20-50+ non stacking Temp Wounds every cast of Light of the Emperor. With Crits and/or Voidborn's Bloody mess trait that can go up to 100ish+ Temp wounds.
Also keep in mind (like corisai stated), hat even though Temp Wounds "don't stack" save for Vanguard, the last application of Temporary Wounds will take priority if that Wound amount is higher than the current existing Temporary Wounds on a character.
