Changing Throne and Pet?

Wondering how to do this, I didn’t see any details for how to do it

I believe the cherub is applied automatically (you won't see it until act 2 starts anyway), not sure on the throne or how you turn it off if it is applied automatically.

So I found out the cherub and skull are accessories, so at the start of act 2 on arriving in footfall the skull is auto added to your inventory and the cherub is on your character sheet; I assume this is dependent on weather you arrive announced or not
