I am disappointed by the lack of character customization in the game. While it may make sense in other Warhammer games due to the generic nature of those aspects of the lore, I feel that Rogue Traders are some of the most eccentric and unusual individuals in the Warhammer universe. I would have liked to see many more options for hairstyles, faces and other physical features. Additionally, I think it would have been great to have more body size options, as some Rogue Traders are known to be on the heavier side. Although I understand that adding different body types would require a lot more animations, so it's reasonable to omit them.

That being said I don't expect them to do anything special for me, so instead I'm wondering if anyone knows how to go about making mods to add in hair styles, and edit the character models?

Year plus later modding still seems pretty dead, you've got toybox which is great, but the rest are still just portraits which are pretty much useless.
